Poverty being the major hinderance to the economic development of women, Kirembe United Women Association works tirelessly in empowering women economically so to meet their daily basic needs. We offer vocational skills in tailoring, knitting, doll making, carpentry, shoe making, basket weaving, art and craft and also carpentry to vulnerable female and male youth. In partnership with Tools4Change, Workaid-UK provided tools for training for sustainable training. Since this project we have benefited 460 women and female youth under this project in the last 5 years
